If not for their having kept it up for years now, I would worry that Bliss RV would become burnt out by providing such exceptional service. Instead, I'm convinced this must be one of the best run businesses in the country.
From my first call to them to ask very basic pre-sale questions, where they patiently explained everything I needed to know... To the middle of the actual trip, during which they responded quickly and clearly to texts/calls when we needed advice about RV logistics... And everything else, the experience was simply perfect.
Beyond just "luxury", Bliss RV felt like deeply thoughtful personalized service. E.g. it's not "we've packed what you need for camping" -- it's extra blankets and towels since we have kiddos, a child-sized camping chair for our 4-year-old to enjoy sitting near the fire, curated age-appropriate DVDs for the TV since there's rain in the forecast one night, etc.
Worth every dollar, and more.

What a great experience working with Jenn and her team at Bliss! When we had dumb questions about the RV or needed her to repeat something she was always quick to answer and available.
The Leisure Van CB was exactly what we wanted and kept us comfortable during our trip through Yosemite, Kings Canyon and Sequoia National. She even arranged for a few extra special touches when we asked. The van was perfectly appointed, missing none of the modern conveniences you might think to ask for…

I love everything about Bliss RV. Jenn is a gem and a pleasure to work with. We loved our unit and took it on a two-week road trip across several states. It's not cheap, but there are options for a budget trip, like Cruise America. If you want a Leisure Travel Van and to experience the best, look no further than Jenn and Bliss RV.

We rented the brand new Unity (twin beds) from Jenn & the Bliss RV team in Sausalito and drove to Yosemite. I honestly can't say enough good about this experience - from the time of booking to the return was perfect. Jenn was always available for questions on the planning and booking process. She gave a very thorough orientation of the vehicle - thinking of every relevant detail to share. Everything we could have needed was included in the RV - their planning and organization was top notch. The return was seamless and Jenn was truly top-notch and a joy to coordinate this trip. She is a gem. Highly recommend and I will be back to do another trip!

Bliss RV delivers - both with excellent customer service and offering a beautiful product. We rented the Serenity in mid-May. We were in awe of how well the kitchen was perfectly equipped, no need was over-looked, the flannel sheets were a nice (soft) touch as it was still chilly at night, the camp chairs and table were perfectly sized for HH by the campfire. The rig is obviously very well maintained and cared for between uses.
Not enough can be said about Jenn and her team. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and sense of hospitality is unforgettable. We would definitely rent from them again except we loved the LTV so much we went out and bought our own in mid-June. Now we need to fly Jenn out to TX to help us outfit our rig to Bliss RV standards.

Last week we rented a Unity for our first RV experience. Beginning with the reservation process through returning the vehicle, we worked with Jenn who was patient and knowledgeable. We took my electric wheelchair on the trip and Jenn made sure there would be adequate storage space for the chair. When we picked up the RV Jenn conducted a very thorough orientation of both the interior and exterior of the RV. The RV was in immaculate condition and it was stocked with everything needed. While out on the road we had a couple of operational questions and the Bliss team would promptly answer our text. Without a doubt we will rent from Bliss again and I recommend that anyone in the Bay Area who is considering a RV rental to contact Bliss and speak with Jenn.

My wife and I rented the 2021 Wonder FTB. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. From great furnishings to an amazing walk through of the RV by Jenn, everything worked out perfectly. We had previously only tent or trailer camped. The ease of driving and set-up (virtually nothing) made for a great vacation. My wife and I are considering purchasing a Leisure Travel Van. Jenn answered the multitude of questions we had from diesel vs. gas, to overall maintenance. Having her share her knowledge and experience made our trip even more special. Once in a while, you go on a vacation that changes your perspective on life...BlissRV powered that vacation for me and my wife recently. These RV's are the perfect way to get away, but stay away from people. Conrad and Derek provide everything you need (seriously everything) - all you need is food and a sense of adventure, being in the outdoors and tons of alone time. My wife and I rented the Serenity for 10 days to explore the Utah National Parks. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was top notch across the board. If you are considering renting elsewhere, stop and rent from Bliss. You will be well taken care of, the RV is beautiful, well stocked and well maintained and for the few minor issues we had while on the road, Bliss was super responsive and helped to make them a non issue. Our experience with Conrad and Derek from start to finish was five star plus.
The guys at Bliss RV really know what they are doing. This was our first RV trip and Derek and Conrad guided us through the whole process - They met us early morning in Sausalito and gave us a very in-depth walk-through of the RV. They were both so friendly and fun and you can tell they love what they do! They also gave us great recommendations on where to go. We rented the Free Spirit. It was just my wife and I so it was perfect for the 2 of us. The RV itself was beautiful. The rig is so well thought out, tastefully designed and with everything one could possibly need. The bed is so comfortable....you would never have known you were sleeping on a pull out due to the Tempur-pedic mattress. This really was one of the best trips we have ever had and we cannot wait for our next adventure with Bliss RV! Thank you Conrad and Derek!

When initially looking for a place to rent an LTV, I noted that EVERY review about Conrad and Derek at BlissRV was essentially 5 stars and not a single negative - too good to be true is what one would usually think. Couldn’t have been more wrong as every aspect of researching RV options on their website, booking process, rescheduling from May to June due to COVID, orientation to their spotless Unity CB was so professional and easy. Not a thing was overlooked which made our first trip in an RV far more stress-free than we had imagined. We have had our eye on purchasing an LTV for a few years now and found Derek and Conrad more knowledgeable about the brand and RVing than many of the sales reps we have had contact with. Our experience with BlissRV has convinced us that this is the brand for us - we look forward to placing our order right after we get back!!
